A noun or adjective for a woman who is fat, ugly, unclean, partakes in much sexual activity with many gentlemen or has a wide, usually infected, vagina.

Variations include;

Another term for fugly skank (fucking ugly skank), used as a pejorative for a promiscuous, horribly ugly person. This version of the word may have originated from a group of skanks playing the drinking game “Cheers to the Governor.”
