Combination of skin and yamika. When a man or, unfortunately, a woman, has a bald spot the same size and orientation as a yamaka.

John: "Izzy, things are a little tight right now. I'm sorry, but we can't replace the yamaka those kids ripped up after they kicked your ass."
Izzy: "I know dad. I wish mom were still alive. If it weren't for the glare from your Skamaka, mom would still be alive. We would still have all of the money from her stripper job."
