Word used in place of "abortion", for people who are overly dramatic and sensitive to the subject of pregnancy or abortion.

Jill-"I'm Pregnant."

Kevin-"OHHH NOOOO!!"

Jill-"Calm down, i'll go get a shmshmortion down at the shmshmortion clinic."
