Noun. Drug paraphernalia, most commonly associated with methamphetamine, that should be disposed of, but is kept for its "just in case" value. Snimmits are usualy stored in a Snimmit Box, which can range from the mundane- an old cigar box, to the lofty- secret panels behind walls.
