A sappy fappy is a very sad fap in which a penis-owning person goes to jerk it but then proceeds to cry immediately afterwards because they feel shame from God (( or they just lost their partner and are sad they had to do that themselves )).

Previously a term used to describe Indian soldiers/policemen who served the British Empire when India was under the British rule.
Nowadays, this is a derogatory term used for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who still do the bidding of the British Empire either in a professional or casual context.
