Means the same as ridiculous but this version is only said by complete fucking idiots.

Big Brother UK: "Gina, what do you think of Dexter's relationship with Charlie?"
Gina: "It's absolutely ridoculous"
Other contestants: (All simultaneously look at Gina like she's a prick, which she clearly is)
