Regretful digestion

The act of eating an item of food with the hopes of it tasting good, only to find out that it's horrible and you've wasted your time and money and tastebuds on the food.

Regretful retrogression

When you hold a repeating error, in your mind. That you won’t forgive yourself for, because you realize against your better judgement. Thinking less of your self, your relationship with your significant other you made a decision that have abruptly affect all future experiences for love to fall short from the one true.
This pain I hold so deep because of my family’s views and how society would view us a whole that I have a gaping whole in my chest bellowed with Regretful retrogression.
