I'm not much of a "cooking from scratch" person, so anytime I am a "recipeient", I simply donate said sheaf of baking-ingredients directions, cookbook, or box of file-cards to da local senior-citizen's club, so dat all of those old fogies can enjoy creating what my ancestors came up wif.
