A derogatory term used to describe redditors who no-life r/place, commonly used to refer to those who have so little lives that they join alliances between other niche internet groups nobody cares about and spend every second of their waking lives exclusively placing pixels. They are extremely hypocritical, often repeating the phrase "Fuck Spez" despite engaging in his only good creation, actively supporting his business, and very frequently not even being aware of who Spez is and what he does.

Derived from the combination of "pixel" and "incel” the term "Pixcel" implies that the person is fixated on the pixel art creation aspect of Reddit's r/place to the point of neglecting other important aspects of their life
