Mostly used by New Jerseyans who live near the New Jersey/Pennsylvania border

pensylvania turnpike

A sexual act where in a man picks up a prostitue in a vehicle, then proceeds to insert 4 fingers into her asshole and the thumb into her vagina. While keeping the arm at a 45 degree angle with fingers still inserted into orffices the prostitute then deficates down his arm creating the effect of a vehicle entering an on ramp. Then to finish the act he throws a 20 oz. bottle filled with urine out the window on the berm of the highway.
