Some dumbass, small town that is filled with a bunch of immature kids that go to Upper Perk. Most of the neighbors are creepy ass people who stalk everybody and are always in everyone's business.

Come one , Come all to Pissburgh , Pennsylvania ! Many people will call this place Pittsburgh and are very, very enthusiastic about the “h” on the the end of the word. The city has a mix of a black community, Jewish Community, and white trash community all in one.
Pissburgh is home to the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins or pens, as the fans call it. It is also home to many backed up sewers and old used port-a-potties. The back up has caused the city to smell like piss. Yinzers, local employees and visitors alike will agree Da Burgh smells like R. Kelly’s bedroom. Unlike most big cities there isn’t much to do or see, causing a piss poor experience... But hey, atleast it’s not Cincy.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
