PCOD
Acronym for Pussy Cut-Off Date. Used by the U.S. military especially during the Vietnam Era to mean a date prior to your return to your wife or significant other (usually 60 days before DEROS), beyond which you did not get laid in whatever venue you were assigned to (not just Vietnam). This was to insure, of course, that you didn't bring some exotic social disease back to your lady as a gift, instead of that Happi-Coat she really wanted (usually acquired in the Yokota Airbase Pax Terminal).

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
