the word 'partle' was first used by an African poster who actively supports ruzzia in their invasion of Ukraine. in a comment/reply on the Moscow Times' facebook page
i *believe* it may have been a spelling error for 'partly'. but the context it was used in did not allude to 'partly'

because of its catch-all nature, it can be used for anything. which i think might disqualify its inclusion in UD
