A more intense or mean way of calling someone a "noob" or a "newbie." It is used as an insult by making fun of someone for being new at something. You could also say it just to piss trash talkers off.

Sims 1+2+3 term of endearment. means "baby" in Simlish. When a Sim is about to give birth, they yell "nooboo!" They also often coo the word at their babies.
