Nett is when you strike someone with The Net to get rid of them, in Animal Crossing. The extra t is onomatopoeia, signifying the 'tih' upon making ye olde contakte.

Eloise puts herself on a pedestal and bullies my villagers. It's gone too far now, and I'm afraid we'll have to give her the nett. A proper nett might make her leave, so we can finally live in peace.
