A Mumpty is a Mum who is far cooler than normal Mums. A Mumpty never tells you to turn your music down, likes your friends, gets pissed with you, provides you with money for extra curricular activities and doesn't set a curfue.

I told Mumpty I wasn't coming back for tea tonight.

Mumpy

A term used to describe a misshapen oversized Caucasian woman (or sometimes man) who make little or no effort to appear attractive in public. Mumpies can be identified by their choices of sporting short leper hair, crocs with socks, and stained oversized Mickey Mouse T-shirts. They can often be found in cities such as Jacksonville, Florida, as well as in Walmarts across the world.
