A mess of catastrophic proportions. Typically takes two or more to clean up. Could be a biohazard or worse.

Hoarders basement that recently flooded.
Women's public bathroom at gas stations.
Poo-filled toy box of toddler who is afraid of the toilet.

"Wow, the women's room is a real Messtastrophe! There's even crap on the ceiling! You can't pay me enough to clean that up..."
