megraine

A common complaint of celebrities and wannabes, a megraine is a severe headache caused by incessantly talking about oneself and focusing on one's problems without ever stopping to consider how fortunate one is and how other people have genuine problems.

Though not a serious medical issue, a megraine can cause sufferers to be incapable of functioning normally or permorming routine tasks for themselves - like wiping their own arse.
"bla bla bla bla bla bla me bla me bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla ble me bla my life is so hard bla bla bla bla..."

interrupting: "bla bla bla me bla bla bla what do they want from me bla bla bla bla so hard bla bla bla bla bla I HAVE A MEGRAINE bla bla bla"

migraine farmer

A really tough course or other brain-torturing exercise, eg programming, advanced calculus or effective ventriloquism. Symptoms include poverty due to the rising cost of Advil and long hours crying and asking "Why the hell did I enroll in this?" to random strangers on the street.
Example 1

Tom: There goes Luke again. Ever since he went into advanced computer programming, he's been literally insane.

Jerry: Yeah, that course is a migraine farmer all right.

Example 2

Man, ever since I started trying to imitate Jeff Dunham, I've realized how much of a migraine farmer ventriloquism is! How does he do it?

It's me defending in suspense

migraine

A migraine is basically a headache on steroids. Migraines are caused from swellings of veins in the brain. It's probably one of the worst feelings ever. It can range from a pain in one side of a head to all over. Imagine a hammer constantly being slammed into your head over and over and over. The constant pulsing of pain. It will disable you're daily routine.

You also become sensitive to light and sound and feel like you're gonna puke. Even the slightest light is irritating. The best thing to do is just sit in a dark quiet room and fall asleep. Don't take pills because you will just throw them up. Most of the time a good sleep will get rid of the pain.

Most people experience one migraine per lifetime. But obviously it varies per person.
1.) I used to have migraines all the time in my early teen years. I had to be hospitalized once. It sucked so much. Thank god I outgrew them.

2.) "I have a migraine, fuck off."

3.) Like I said earlier, it is probably the most painful thing ever to experience.

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
