Usually a sexual situation setup (preplanned) in advanced by a Desperate (sexual, emotional, or situational (like pregnancy or citizenship), or monotary (alimony, child support)) designed to force a person to marry another.

There are 2 types "before the fact" and "after the fact". Before the fact is an entrapment. An example is unprotected sex and one party has the intention for pregnancy even if the other party does not desire. (Instant shot gun wedding)

"After the fact" is the person has the determining factor before hand. (Pregnancy, virginity loss to name a few.) An example is The person is pregnant and tell a guy hes the father even if hes not.
