Macaroons 

Small breasts that have a man's sperm running down the middle.

The term macaroon gets this definition from the idea of two small domes with cream inbetween. Ironically, some if not most macaroons are made with some type of nut. Usually almonds.

This is not often used as a derogatory term, but instead as a compliment, as macaroons are widely enjoyed as a sweet treat and often preferred in smaller sizes.

Peanut butter hershey macaroons 

An acronym standing for "Person beats his meat." This phrase can only be used when you either see someone beating his meat OR as a curse.

"Oh my god! Peanut butter hershey macaroons.." She had just gotten a blue screen on her computer.
