A term used to express Joy or Happiness. It can be used as a term for “cheers” Or when you have completely nothing to say then you just blurt out “Lumpa!”
Pronounced: LOOm-PAH.

A fat, short tart with an orange face. Plumpa lumpas can often be spotted rolling across the dance floor of cheap nightclubs but are considered harmless if all eye contact is avoided.
