One who is of Italian decent/has Italian backgrounds. It can also be used to refer to a person who acts like "an Italian" or is very sneaky, funny and/or secretive.

When people use the term, they usually refer to the thing or the person as being "so itaj", or "so not itaj".

Marco, and his entire family, was born in Italy. Marco is "so itaj".

Pedro stole food from the school cafeteria without getting caught. Pedro is so itaj.
