They can help improve concentration and attention to tasks by allowing the brain to filter out the extra sensory information.

Ghost Of Tsushima: Legends has proved that it's what the gamers truly wanted, a live service game without all the bullshit people has to spend money on shit like costumes or loot boxes. Also it is a way better experience than Marvel's Avengers or Ghost Recon: Breakpoint (More like Pussypoint) to be satisfied of the varieties of missions and enemies to take on.
