Words you can keep

Oto-incompetentologist

A very long word used to describe an ear doctor that cannot/will not actually perform any mechanical intervention in a patients injured inner ear.

These doctors are often very well paid and drive luxurious sports cars, many moonlight in public hospitals one day a week to obtain state funded indemnity for their private practice with which they quickly return to afterwards (in their sports car) to continue their practice of oto-incompetentologist.

Word sources
otology o·tol·o·gy The branch of medicine that deals with the ear.
(stem of incompetēns) 1590-1600; Late Latin incompetent- unsuitable.
"I had a ringing in my ears and I felt dizzy so I went to the oto-incompetentologist, but he didn't do anything, in fact he did not have a clue what he was talking about and diddled me out of 200 bucks".

incompetent fool

An incompetent fool is someone who is incapable of completing the most simplest of tasks.
This man can't even turn on the hose. What an incompetent fool.

Strategic Incompetence

Purposely performing a task so poorly as to discourage being assigned this task again, but not poorly enough to be fired
Cube Dweller1: Dude, writing the weekly report is a sucky job; how do I get out of it?

Cube Dweller2: Just screw up some people's names and swap some people's tasks, nobody will want you to do it again

Cube Dweller1: Ahh....Strategic Incompetence....a fine idea....my inner slacker is jumping for joy!

Selective incompetence

Something you "can't" do because you don't want to do it. Something you can get others to do by making believe you can't do it.
When asked to do laundry they put all the white clothes in on hot and then put a brand new red sweatshirt in too. The result was all the white laundry was pink and they were banned from touching the laundry ever again...they could wash laundry but didn't want to so they applied "selective incompetence " to get out of ever being asked again.

institutionalized incompetence

When a dysfunctional institution teaches and embraces incompetence as though it is the pinnacle of competence because it is so embedded in its culture.
How does one truthfully explain something like the post office or the prison industrial system to a child without in some way making a reference to institutionalized incompetence?

Buffer of Incompetence

The person that is worse at their job than you. The person that will be fired if there are layoffs.
Crap... Steven got let go; he was my buffer of incompetence. I'll have to step it up.

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
