A hybrid etymological term dervied from the Latin incestum (unholy/unclean) and the Greek philos (loving/dear). It refers to an individual who actively practices or seeks out incestuous
relationships. Unlike "Incestophilia", which refers to the
psychological paraphilia or attraction itself, incestophilus specifically denotes the practitioner or the "doer" of the act. The term is often used in sociopolitical or moral discourse to label those who normalize or engage in such behavior. It
originated in the result of disputes of normalizing these acts in the subreddit r/sibkisser, where a user confronted in genuine disgust towards the proclaimed "pro-incest shitposting gays, who kiss their siblings" to bring attention towards this behavior.
