A mistress. Generally used by Americans of Southern Italian descent. Thought to be derived from the from proper Italian noun "cumadre".

As long as you take care of the house and the kids and are around most of the time, a good italian wife doesn't mind if you get a gumada.

My pop told me long ago, the cardinal rule to fucking around is this: NEVER fall in love with your gumada.

A word used by Italian-Americans (or those that like their slang) to refer to a man's mistress. It is a corruption of the Italian word "comare", meaning godmother. See "gumba" for the equivalent (sort of) term for men.

1. Am acronym for "gallon of milk a day". A method used by practitioners of bodybuilding to put on significant amounts of muscle by consuming a gallon of milk, every single day.
Frequently used in a facetious manner, denoting the ridiculous lengths people go to for the purpose of bulking up.
