A person who loves germs. Opposite of germaphobe.
"Oh no! Your baby is eating dirt!"

germophobe 

noun: one who suffers from spermatophobia, or a person who obsesses about avoiding contact with germs.
Harry is such a germophobe. He's stuck in the bathroom again until someone opens the door for him.

Poor Sally, she's a germophobe. Her hands are raw red from washing them so much. Why did she take that job at the free clinic?

geriophile 

The obsession, or adoration of elderly adults over the age of 70. Particularly by teenage females.
"Oh my gawd, Debbie, your Granny is like, so totally cute!"

"My cousin thinks all old people are adorable, she is such a geriophile."

Anyone who likes microbes that live on and in their body which help them resist infection and benefit their overall health.
The germaphile did not use hand sanitizer to keep his hand microbe army alive.

one who loves to the point of adoration, scholorship, and immersion german language, art, music, mannerisms, history, politics, people, architecture, film, food, cars, kitsch, costume, herritage, folk culture, literature, philosophy, mythology, craftmanship.....
my dad was a germanophile. he kept a copy of Der Struwwelpeter around the house in hopes that i'd read it, studied german grammer for hours every night, and always wanted to visit someday.
