Furida

The term "furida" is used to denote everything extreme. Extreme nationalism and patriotism, but not necessarily Castro fascism. It is generally seen as a derogatory — yet humorous — way to describe most Floridians: eccentric, Latin, plastic surgery producing, alligator wielding, thong-loving, Disney riding, drag racing, orange picking, A/C obsessing et. al.
