to be honest i dont know what it means but i saw it in this manga and it was fechippuru and kotoka said "we are a fechippuru!" so i was like what the fuck, and i translated it and it means fechiple in english and i think it means a couple that are in love due to their fetishes. to be honest i legit have no fucking idea but sure.
