Opposite of Recruitment: the process and courting an employer undertakes to get you to join

Excruiting

To get back with your ex. Usually some time after a particularly bad breakup, when you think the person has changed for the better. Generally followed by the "rebreakup". (Alternately: Ex-Recruiting)

Person A: "Yo, Tara just got back with Evan!"
Person B: "Didn't they break up forever ago?"
Person A: "Yeah, she's excruiting."
