It's free real estate

A phrase originated from Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job! which has since been turned into a popular meme.

The phrase can either be expressed literally, in reference to real estate that is "free" (like when a spider inhabits the corner of a room), or figuratively, as to ironically express a "good deal" which is actually an obvious scam.
Person 1: Who left this dirty old refrigerator box in my front yard!!?

Person 2:(waves Person 1 in closer) *Whispers* it's free real estate.

4) Widely considered to be a home from home for London Rejects

Palos Verdes Estates

A very rich area in Los Angeles County with a bunch of million dollar houses and stuck up kids who have parents that are rich as hell. It contains one high school (Palos Verdes High) one middle school (PVIS) and two elementary schools. Palos Verdes High School is the school with the best athletes on the hill. Even though it is a good school, it has some girls that think they are models or movie stars or shit like that. PVHS has nerds, troublemakers, jocks, and much more. Even though this school has a reputation for really good athletes, that is the truth. Teenagers in this town who really want entertainment and don't own a car of their own are out of luck, because the Palos Verdes Estates residents will complain any loud music or shit. But the teenagers who do own a car of their own usually drive to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, or Redondo Beach to have the fun and excitement. Palos Verdes Estates is not the place to party at all.
Kid 1: Lets have a party at my house
Kid 2: Dude, the neighbor next door will complain her ass off or call the police if she hears any loud music.
Kid 1: All right then, let's just invite some of our buddies to meet us in Hermosa Beach. We can chill in that area where there is more fun and excitement. Lets get out of Palos Verdes Estates fora while.

Surreal Estate

Refers to property that exists in the virtual world, that which is "unreal," as opposed to "real" property that exists in the corporeal world. The earliest usage of the term was as the title of the 1976 film "Surreal Estate" (originally titled "Sérail") by Eduardo de Gregorio. Now it is used to refer to property that exists on the World Wide Web (e.g. domains, websites). It has also been used to refer to real estate that is owned by the rich and famous.
Example 1: Facebook.com is a prime piece of surreal estate.

Example 2: I have retained the services of a surreal estate agent to help me sell my website for a huge profit.

Example 3: I am a surreal estate broker in Second Life.

grill estate

The amount of surface area on a grill for cooking, most likely an outdoor grill. An exhaustable resource that is essential to any hit party where long periods of alcohol consumption will leave party attendees stricken with unquenchable hunger
Dude were we gonna invite John and Alan over for this banging ass house party?

Nah we really don't have the grill estate to fit ANY more food on this grill. Besides. They are douchebags

Yeah, no grill estate shall be wasted on such

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

A slang term used to describe a bald person, typically someone who is completely bald or has a closely shaved head. The term is derived from the infamous, hairless kids’ cartoon character of the same name.
Example 1:
“Did you see that caillou over there? His head is reflecting the sun like a disco ball.”
Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
