Someone who replaces every vowel with the letter "e", or most vowels with the letter "e", in text. Even if it completely changes the definition of the word. Same thing goes to people obsessed with other vowels.

Enfecalopathy
Term coined by world renown registered nurse, Cory Gibbens, which defines a patient who is completely obsessed with their bowel regime despite frequent bowel movements. Frequently seen in the geriatric population and those who have nothing better to worry about in their day.
Nurse #1: What did the patient want in room 223?
Nurse #2: Oh she wants, yet another, enema! She has had three bowel movements. Worse case of enfecalopathy we've seen in years!
