The combination or both "Electrical" and "Shock" both taking mostly the same meaning, but only recieving a shock of electricity and no other form of shock, like bad news.

Going Through Electroshock

"Going Through Electroshock" (or GTE for short), is a reference to the novel and movie, "Watchmen". As portrayed in the film, Dr. Manhatten goes through an Electroshock experiment, and his pigment is changed to a Sky-Regular Bluish tonality.

The term Going Through Electroshock, refers STRICTLY to having "Blue Balls", much in the way that Dr. Manhatten had.
