An absurd phrase that non-Hispanics sometimes utter when they are peeved about something while concurrently somehow believing that regular folks and children won’t be able to understand what they have said.

My Marilyn Monroe-esque but otherwise badass, insult-slinging mother would drop “el fucko” in a moment of sixties risqué attitude, like the most natural of punctuation when someone said or did anything that displeased her.
