A slang mostly for Soviet Forces in Afghanistan back in the 1980s
means "Enemy"

"Dushman will be the last in Bagram to fall to the ground with a scream" -VIA Kaskad 1983
or
"Be careful a Dushman could be waiting somewhere in the hills..."
