dorsophilia

From the Latin dorsum (meaning back) and the Greek philia (meaning affinity), this word literally means having an affinity for backs. A dorsophile is someone who enjoys cutting a hole in someone's back and using that hole for sexual activities. Dorsophiles are usually male.
