Diarrhexia

a disorder in which the sufferer attempts to lose weight by using laxatives. The disorder is characterized by extremely low body weight, distorted body image, an obsessive fear of gaining weight, and an aching rear from over exposure to acidic feces.

I have to go to my diarrhexia support group today and talk about my constant use of laxatives to lose weight. Our motto is: "My problems ain't shit!"

noun. The feeling of liquid rolling around one's stomach prior to one actually having diarrhea. There is usually more than one diarrhetic wave associated with each bout of diarrhea.

Steve (at the bar with Billy): "Billy, where are you running off to?"

Billy: "The men's room. I feel a diarrhetic wave coming on."

Steve: "Oh shit, sorry to hear that. You think there'll be more than one wave?"
