Said car frequently broke down, suffered from fuel leaks, and injured Paul Tracy when it barely tapped a wall at only 30 mph. So destructive were these cars that the series went bankrupt within a year and teams had to be given cars and money to be able to continue racing. Only one such machine is known to be in running order.
