Words you can keep

Common Sense Media

A website where obsessive moms go to complain, scrutinize, and criticize all things found in the media
Before you allow Little Tommy to watch Spongebob, make sure you check it's rating on Common Sense Media!

Common Sense Media

A piece of shit website where soccer moms who have children that want to play a game or watch a tv show or a movie refer to to see if it has positive messages, violence, sex, drugs, and of course the worst category ever CONSUMERISM. To get a good review it must go with the common sense media guidelines. They give all good movies 3 stars which sucks.
Teenager in high school : hey mom can I play fortnite and roblox kids games suck
Mom: let me check common sense media

Mom: no it’s 18+
Mom: it’s not stop treating like a baby I’m 17 curse you

Common Sense Media

A shitty website that's dedicated towards blinding children and teens from anything relatively inappropriate from the media until they eventually become adults and realize that the world isn't all sun shines and rainbows. The name itself is super ironic due to the fact that this site fails to realize that we now live in a world where inappropriate content will always be available to children no matter how much prevention people take.
13-year-old: Mom, why can't I watch Trailer Park Boys?
delusional mom: Because it's for people ages 18+ according to Common Sense Media. There's too much profanity and your too young to be hearing bad language.
13-year-old: The people at my school swear like sailors, you can't just blind me from this kind of stuff forever mom.
delusional mom: Well you're a kid and I don't want you to be around any bad language until you're at least 18.

common sense media

A shitty website where Karens go to feed other Karens fake information about video games. If you asked a 12-year-old, they'd compare it to internet hell.
12 year old: Mom can I play COD with my friends?
Mom: Let me check Common Sense Media.
Some Karen on Common Sense Media: "CALL OF DUTY HAS MADE OUR FAMILY FALL APART!!!!11! MY CHILD WANTS TO HANDLE A GUN NOW!!!!!!111!! AGES 18 AND UP!!11!!!"
COD in Reality: Just another harmless Battle Royale Game

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.

Rashness with little concern of consequence.

age gate

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"

Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."
