mooshing of "cocky attitude" into it's own word, play on the word-sound ("cocktoo'd"); an exaggerated, overblown cocky attitude meant to draw attention to the person possessing such.

Whenever a medical procedure is done where the patient is conscious, someone will develop a fetish for it. In the 1800s, the treatment for syphilis was mercury and urethral sounds, or large metal probes stuck up the pee hole. A few patients developed a fetish for this, and that is where 'sounding' comes from. Eventually, a gay man had a fetish for sounding, and had a partner with a needle dick. One thing leads to another, and the concept of cockstuffing was stolen from the gods.

The opposite of cockblocked, cockstuck is when you enjoy the sex you are having so much, you cannot leave the girl you are having it with, even if Ex.1- she is having the same sex with your best friend, Ex.2- she's crazy, or Ex.3- your balls are so blue they are bound to fall off at any given moment.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
Blexas has been cited as possible in the upcoming decades, but only if Democrats continue to win the Hispanic vote in bigger margins.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
