Clowm 

A person that loves doing stupid shit & looks like a clown, but is not a clown. They love honking horns & squeezing red noses like a clown, but they aren't one. They'll throw a pie in your face & where big shoes all day bit they aren't a clown. The closer you are to one, the stronger the smell of horseshit becomes, but a Clowm is still not a Clown. At the end of the day a Clowm is just some retard that wants to be loved, but if they ever get compared to a clown they will cut your head off.

Topher: "Man that fucking idiot was a clown!"

Ghetto Clown 

An unsophisticated black man with absolutely no class whatsoever. A black man that will wear

sneakers and a twisted hat to a black tie event. They find it impossible to speak intelligently,

will always speak in ebonics and use past tenses, no matter the subject of conversation. You

can take the man out of the ghetto, but you can never take the ghetto out of the man.
