In some extreme cases, puppets and cartoon characters such as Howdy Doody and Alfred E. Newman can bring on an attack.

Ike got run over when Bobby honked his bicycle horn at him because Ike had an attack of clownaphobia and started crying and forgot to move out of Bobby's way.
