This could be triggered in many ways such as the wholes in the shoe creating fear of trypophobia, or the fact that a tanline of wholes can appear after wearing them in the sun. Crocophobia can fear people due to the the odd or funky shape of the croc, people affected with crocophibia can have a hate or disgust for crocs or croc supporters or people wearing them, the squeak of the rubber can flare up anxiety as well.
