Etymology: most importantly, from the Old Richmondian "clearly" in conjunction with "obvo," a common abbreviation for the also popular 'obviously'; Middle English "clere," from Anglo-French "cler," from Latin "clarus"
History: Coined by the luscious Jessica of Big Daddy's lore. She unsuccessfully pursued it's acceptance in common language in late 2006, to luke-warm reception of her peers, the Evil Cult of Girls. Subsequently, it has slowly worked it's way into Richmond vernacular, and will eventually spread north to DC, south to Hampton Roads, and west to Seattle.
