To loudly holler, imitating the sounds of a chimpanzee, monkey or another primate. This is a sexual act of degradation used by submissive black raceplayer, used to emphasize their innate inferiority and similarity to apes.

A chimputter is an office worker who spends their day working on a PC. Typically in a junior position in a role offering limited initiative. Taken for granted and usually viewed as being at the bottom of the pile. These poor unfortunates will likely be out of a job as soon as the technology allows.
