(n.)Condition in which the anger and frustration expressed as a result of a mildly unpleasant or undesirable event or situation far exceeds the reponse that would be normally expected. Often used in the same context as describing a disease.

If someone were to rip a phone out of the wall because it occasionally cut out, you might say "Sounds like he has a case of the chicles."

Dickless Chickless 

A mixed drink, made with Malibu and powdered pink lemonade mix. Taste like lemonade, with a slightly coconut after taste. Perfect for morning after hangover headaches, as the alcohol content is strong enough to get you buzzed, but the alcohol taste is practically non-existent.
