"Cargilling" is the act of one player, reaching 10 deaths or higher in a single game. This player is then open to ridicule, no matter how many kills he/she may have acquired beforehand.
This term originated when the infamously unskilled player known as "Cargill3", Cargilled frequently during gameplay. When the term was coined, the player then quickly changed his name to "LoklaiN", in a vain attempt to avoid ridicule.

Despite it being a fundamental part of the GTA experience, it is usually banned by various servers there, because of whiny babies who can't handle playing the game as intended.
It is not surprising that this does not exist in GTAV, because if you were stupid enough to float such a concept you would be trolled and or laughed out of any servers for being an epic moron.
