Carilli

A Carilli is somebody who is a genius, but an asshole at the same time.

Guy 1: Who's that?
Guy 2: Oh, that's Jim, he's such a Carilli. You can go talk to him, but be forewarned, he's been known to kick people in the shins for no reason.
