when one buys an item and feels regret about the purchase soon thereafter. while buyer's remorse is normally restricted to expensive purchases that have probably busted the buyer's budget, this sentiment can also occur when a person buys a totally useless and inappropriate item.
This is not to be confused with winner's curse.

Karl: Chris has a serious case of buyer's remorse coming up pretty soon.
Ryan: Really? What makes you say that?
Karl: He just bought a silly ass Dontrelle Marlins jersey just bc it costs $30. Wait until he realizes that instead of buying something that will only make him look stupid if he ever actually wears it, he could have just saved; that dude loves saving money.

It is what happens when you're a poor 25 yr old working in the publishing industry and you have a few bucks to spare and you go out and buy $200 Prada sunglasses and return them a week later because you realize you should really be spending it "practical" things.
I had buyers remorse because I bought a pair of $200 sunglasses and returned them a week later, because I really should have paid my rent that month.

The typical buyer on craigslist. Unlike ebay, there is no obligation to buy something on craigslist. A deadbeat buyer is a person that informs you that they want to look at or purchase your product on craigslist. They will get your address and arrange for a time to come buy or look at your item. In reality, they never show up or call you to inform you that they are no longer interested.
"A guy named Mark called to say he is on his way over now to pickup the TV I have listed on craigslist."
One hour later, after no call or email.
"Looks like Mark was just another deadbeat buyer on craigslist."

if someone wants you to buy either fags or alcohol but are too young you have buyers rights which means you take 10% of the amount that you bought and keep it for yourself or give it to someone else.
for example if you buy a 14 year old a pack of 10 mayfair...then you have get buyers rights which gives you the right to keep one and smoke it yourself or if you buy someone a crate of 20 stella you get to keep 2

"Dude I told this little maggot kid to leave the party and he offered me $20 if I let him stay! Fucking keg-buyer."
"Wow, you're seriously talking about how much money your Dad makes--stop being such a keg-buyer."
"We call the keg-buyer 'KB' on the sneak so he won't know that we're talking about him."
