Burnap

A country within Eastern Connecticut State University. Originally a dictatorship run by Dyanjoule Valentine, she was quickly ousted and sent to Uconn by the latest Burnapian recruits.

Burnap then enjoyed a long period of peace and prosperity, having a more democratic form of government run by a council known as the RAs. Under this new system, violence was at a minimum, if present at all. However, partying and drinking were ever present within the confides of the state.

Recently, Burnap was elected a new ruler in place of Dyanjoule Valentine. Simply known as Katie, she is young and has yet to threaten the peaceful lifestyle of the Burnapians.

Compared to the residing countries around it, Burnap is leading in terms of standard of living. Where others have failed, the people of Burnap have managed to unify a diverse population for the betterment of themselves. Truly a beacon for future generations

Burnap Hall

ooh the fabulous Burnap Hall located in Eastern Connecticut State University. This freshmen dorm was built in 1970 and it can and is considered 'not good enough' for many students. the old building houses less than 200 students and many tend to move out before the semester is over. the building has a wonderful view of some very loud construction. the most memorable thing about Burnap Hall is the smell, a constant smell of old porta potty and stale laundry warms the building on the daily ;)
though this is a horrible sounding definition i actually love the place and do recommend it

Japanese equivalent to Wigger; it's the emulation of black culture in Japan. "The name given to the fashion sensibilities of all black wannabes"

Burapan is a combination of the Japanese phonetic of "black" (burakku) and the Japanese word for "prostitute" (pansuke), a prostitute that whores herself out to black men.

So basically, the same could be said for Japanese people who immerse themselves in Black American culture.
